Critical Reload™ Mixing-Dispensing Machine's unique paddle system keeps product continuously mixed. As a result, there is NO CLOGGING or small mechanical parts to wash, making clean-up quick and easy.

Understand, Critical Reload™ (CR) Mixing Machine is NOT A JET-SPRAY DRINK MACHINE!!! Jet-spray drink machines are notorious for clogging. Additionally, they have a lot of mechanical parts, making it extremely difficult and time-consuming to clean. Similarliy other nutritional companies use a Granita (margarita) Machine to serve their nutritional product. In order for this type of machine to work effectively, the product served must be a minimum of 60% sugar. That sort of takes the term "nutritional product" out of the picture when you start talking about those kind of nutritional facts.

Machine Service/Maintenance Policy:

The Critical Reload™ Mixing Machine comes with a 1-year warranty direct from the manufacturer. Should any problems or issues arise, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer to receive service. The manufacturer will require the serial number of the machine and a description of the problem or issue.
